Father Figure, 2013

In 2013, the Army Corp of Engineers bulldozed and approximately 40 acre area of land at the Sepulveda Basin, a known cruising area. As part of Confusion is Sex #3, a performance intervention organized by Dino Dinco, Dawn Kasper, and Oscar Santos, I performed a solo synchronized swimming routine to George Michael's "Father Figure" in the Los Angeles River, near the dam.
